The process
The relevant stages of the sales process

    Initial interviews
    We get to know each other and discuss together how we can support you in selling your company. We then develop a sales strategy that includes an assessment of the company and sales opportunities.

    Preparation
    We work out the key questions that are important for a potential interested party, create an exposé with all the important information about your company, evaluate it and recommend a strategy for approaching and selecting potential interested parties.
  • 03
    Approaching interested parties & due diligence
    We approach potential buyers discreetly and anonymously and subsequently support them in the preparation and implementation of due diligence.
  • 04
    Negotiation & conclusion
    We negotiate the purchase price, the terms of the transaction and other details with the interested parties. You then decide on a buyer and the purchase agreement is signed and the purchase price paid.
