- 02PreparationWe work out the key questions that are important for a potential interested party, create an exposé with all the important information about your company, evaluate it and recommend a strategy for approaching and selecting potential interested parties.
- 03Approaching interested parties & due diligenceWe approach potential buyers discreetly and anonymously and subsequently support them in the preparation and implementation of due diligence.
- 04Negotiation & conclusionWe negotiate the purchase price, the terms of the transaction and other details with the interested parties. You then decide on a buyer and the purchase agreement is signed and the purchase price paid.
